Three days ago, my "Galaxy S6 Lite" running Firefox's browser, suddenly lost all of my Favorite Collections of Websites I had visited, then saved -which over two years, is quite a lot! There seems nothing I can do to get them back! I looked into this "Key" a list of letters and numbers, supposed to recover your account, but this is proving fruitless!! What can I do? Any ideas?
