No option for "View Certificates" (Privacy>Certificate Manager>Servers)

Am I remembering wrong, or previous versions of Thunderbird would allow for "viewing" server certificate exceptions added. (Settings>Privacy>Certificate Manager>Servers).

I need to review some certificates installed manually. If there is any other easy way to "open" and review certificates somewhere I am not aware of, I would appreciate pointers to it.
