I have been using Firefox for 20 years, it always works perfectly until the 2 last update and these problems are driving me crazy!

Since the last 2 updates (137.0.1 (aarch64) on MacOS Sequoia 15.4), sometimes when I click on a tab, it just automatically moves all the way to the right...

How can I fix this?

I did a complete reset of Firefox but the bug suddenly came back and I'm going crazy! Can anyone help me?
