I have "Don't enable HTTPS-Only Mode" selected and still cannot connect to local sites. Example http://192.168.1.81 is chnaged to https://192.168.1.81 and rrecive cannot connect message.

This problem started after you last week after an update.

Try to enter about:config in the address bar and switch dom.security.https_only_mode.upgrade_local to false.

I applied your fix, but still got directed to https.
