alias not forwarding to my primary email

I have no idea if topic is correct. My problem is that I just signed up for Relay 2 days ago. I signed up for a new app and apparently my Firefox Relay alias email address was used (I didn't see where I had any choice in the matter.) I'm trying to log into this app now. They sent a code to my Relay alias email and I don't see it in my inbox. Where is it?
