I keep getting this desktop notification (title) every 60 seconds. I can send and receive so WHY am I getting this error? This is extremely annoying! I click the notification but it just goes away and does not give me any details. WTF?

Is the error coming from TB or a security/AV program? Who is the provider for the account?
