I have some IMAP accounts and I want to synchronize the junk filters between multiple clients (Windows and Linux). Is there a solution? Could I put the filter file on a web space?

I don't think you can sync the filters between clients, but the training.dat file in the profile folder contains the custom rules for TB's junk controls. Try copying that between devices, after backing up the existing file, and see if that works.
