Did you set both up to use IMAP?
If not, did you set the client(s) using POP to leave a copy on the server?
I would always recommend to use IMAP if you intend to use more than one program or computing device to read emails.
1. i can't use IMAP because i required to store emails on my local pc not on server.
2. i also set the client(s) using POP to leave a copy on the server.
If you go to the server is the missing email still there?
