How do I clear the Recent folders list for moving messages?

Tried the Quickfolders add on, but that's way more functionality than I want to deal with.

I just want to clear the list of "recent" folders, because it's NOT the most recent folders. I'd love to be able to set an "archive" folder across all of my many accounts, because I archive email from any account into that one account's (GMail) "all mail" folder.

Is there a config setting to either clear the recents, or set a "favorite?"

The Archives folder is defined for each account under Tools/Account Settings, Copies & Folders.
