I click on free download and it goes thru the motions then tells if it has finished, but there is no FF logo on my desktop and it does not show up in the control panel under programs. I am at a loss.

I got it to download..., but it won't "hook up" with my printer. I can print from Google Chrome, but not from Firefox. I have used, and printed from, Firefox for several years, now it won't. I prefer FF over Chrome, but if I can't print it, it's worthless to me.

That is a separate issue. I don't have a printer :-/
