Signature Images randomly change with incoming/outgoing emails, no idea why?

For some reason the images in my signature seem to automatically change with images in emails I receive?

I only notice when I send emails out and my signature logo will be showing someone else's logo.

disable auto save in options. That usually fixes the issue.
