When I click to open Firefox, which worked yesterday, I get the "Firefox has stopped working...Windows can check online for a solution to the problem. " Then the options to Check online for a solution and close the program, Close the program, and Debug the program. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and rebooting to no avail. Here is the Crash ID: bp-46d8cce8-c4f2-4761-8382-8e01d2160510. Please help.

the-edmeister, thank you for your response! That software was installed by my employer so I cannot uninstall it from their laptop. The good news is that the BeyondTrust software is no longer crashing Firefox. And I didn't even have to call the Firm's HelpDesk! Thanks again!

It looks like btprof32.dll is involved in that crash. http://systemexplorer.net/file-database/file/btprof32-dll

Product:

   Privilege Manager

Company:

   BeyondTrust Corporation

Description:

   BeyondTrust Profiler DLL

Never ran into that application before. Update it, disable it or get rid of it.
