You can import bookmarks from Chrome or the stock Android browser. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/get-started-firefox-android#w_import-your-android-bookmarks-and-history

Due to the security design of Android apps it is not possible to import bookmarks from browsers other than the two mentioned above.
