The sync option was on & my teenaged son turned it off & now it won't turn back on. What did he do & how do I fix it?

He changed some settings, removed the ad-on. I reinstalled & went through the steps, but it's still not working.

It may be that your son has deleted the account. Try to register new account with same email.
