There doesn't seem to be that app available at this moment. You can provide feedback regarding this on your Firefox OS device by visit http://input.mozilla.com/feedback

Hi kristinpan,

I just found an app in the Marketplace that you can use to record audio in Firefox OS. It requires version 1.2, so your ZTE Open C with version 1.3 is supported.

The app's name is Dictaphone:
