Each month when I pay my COBRA insurance premium through Ceridian Benefits using Billmatrix an online credit card payment service owned by Fiserv I am not able to get Firefox to load the Billmatrix page when I am transferred to the Billmatrix website from the Ceridian Benefits website.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
