You should take a look at the Mobile Install guide. That will give you all the steps you need to install Firefox on your Android device. You can also take a look at this page to confirm that your device is supported.

The Samsung Transform Ultra is an ARMv6 phone. It won't work with Firefox mobile at this time. We are working on ARMv6 support though we don't yet know which version of Firefox mobile will have this support.

I check the specs on Phone Arena, and it lists the processor as a Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8655, and per Wikipedia, the MSM8655 is ARMv7 capable.

I too have the Samsung Transform Ultra (on Boost Mobile), and would love to get Firefox goodness on it.

The transform ultra does indeed have an arm7 processor and firefox works just fine on our phone not sure why they say its incompatible, go here to download the apk and install it manually yourself. Just click the "directly from our FTP server" link.
