copy & paste I have followed your excellent help on this subject but my desk top says I do not have permission to do this when i try saving the file from word pad, I have checked my desk top and I am the administrator with full control ?

Did you try to use "Save as ..." and save the file to a different folder or with a different name?

Files that you download and open are saved as read-only in the %TEMP% folder, so you can't use a normal save.
