Everytime I start up Firefox, my home page appears and then another tab from a page I looked at in the past. I do not know how to make it stop loading up this extra page on start up. Suggestions? Thanks!

Every time I start up Firefox, my home page appears and then another tab from a page I looked at in the past. I do not know how to make it stop loading up this extra page on start up and cannot seem to find any information on how to disable this unwanted page. Any suggestions? Thank you!!

Maybe you inadvertently set both pages to be your "Homepage(s)"?

It could be that you somehow have both pages set to be your home page or you got firefox set to remember your tabs from last time. Check your home page settings with the instructions in How to set the home page.

Thank you, that was it. I dont know why it did that but it tried again with my other loaded pages when I checked. I will be more careful! Thanks again!!
