Missing password info

What is the name of the "missing" provider? Most major email providers (Gmail, Yahoo, Comcast, etc.) now use OAuth2 for account authentication. They no longer leave an actual password in Saved Passwords, rather they leave a "token" that verifies that you have been authenticated on that device. The token appears as a long string of arbitrary characters. Is this what you are seeing? You cannot see the actual password for those accounts in Thunderbird.

My provider is Claranet, and no, I can’t see the 2 email addresses at all, but they are in the inbox page having received emails for years, but they have not received them for a few weeks because I was trying to transfer them to zorin linux.

Settings > Passwords shows only one email (the main one that is transferred – by somebody else), however, 2 others are now missing. I have a memory stick with all profiles on them, I don‘t know if that is helpful.

I will be away for several days so I won't be able to help you troubleshoot this. I will say that if there are no entries for these accounts, that means that on this machine they have never been allowed to save a password. That is, when they are first asked to fetch or send email, you will be prompted to provide your credentials, and there will be an option to Save the password. If you don't choose to save the password there will be no entry. You may have another chance to save the password next time you connect to the host.

But to answer your question, if there's no password listed in Saved Passwords, there is no way to glean it from Thunderbird. If you have no other record of it and you don't remember it you will probably have to reset your password on the email provider's web site.
