The subject line says location - is the problem that Google thinks you are somewhere far from where you actually are? By default, sites use your IP address to locate you. They also can ask Firefox permission to access your precise location, and this may involve a panel dropping down from the left end of the address bar, or an icon appearing there indicating that Firefox has muted the request.
