I am using version 143 for Linux and it is suppose to have improved fingerprinting protection. But when I go to https://coveryourtracks.eff.org i still see a result that says "your browser has a unique fingerprint"

Is there a parameter I should be enabling ?

This fingerprint is supposed to be different in every session. I'm not sure why it bothers you.

The problem is that its badly worded in the privacy section (current version 147.04

Under standard setting it shows "protects against fingerprinting"

Then use the EFF test and get reported having a unique id which is a failure so anyone not having insight into the internal machinations of that feature thinks it doesnt work and rightfully so.
