All my emails from before June 2024 have disappeared. Please help! I am NOT TECHIE AT ALL, so please answer accordingly. My husband handles all the computers and he passed away unexpectedly. Many of the emails were from him. Please help Chris

Can you tell us anything more about the situation? What kind of account? What kind of folders the messages were stored in? What has changed on your computer?

I'm not really sure how to answer any of these questions. our email is thunderbird and my husband has it from a ?server? from ipower...our email is @ps139.com (we pay a fee for that name). Sorry, I don't know if I'm using the right terminology...

Yes he has backups but I don't know how to access them.
