No GUI when Thunderbird opens

Hi All,

I'm on a Windows 10 PC and Thunderbird opens without any usable GUI (see screenshot). I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling v115, I've also tried uninstalling it and reinstalling v78 just to see if an older version does the same thing, and it looks the same. I've also tried opening TB in safe mode but it still does the same thing.

Any suggestions would be gratefully received.

Any errors in error console (ctrl+shift+J) ?
