In order for me to use Mozilla, I'm being asked for a primary password. I have never used one, created one, or have even been asked for one. So without this "primary password", I cannot get into any of my sites to conduct business. How can I remedy this problem? Your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

If this is about the Primary Password to unlock the passwords stored in about:logins then you should be able to continue by canceling this PP prompt.
