Using Firefox Preview on an Android 5.1 tablet, and browsing the CNN.com website, I would be reading a story, then tap the Back button. Often, Firefox Preview goestto a blank page (about:blank)iinstead of the CNN homepage. I have to click in theaaddressbbar and re-typetthe address.

Hi

Looking at the version of Android on your tablet, I think I can help with this.

  1. Open the Android Settings app (typically a cogwheel)
  2. Look for Applications or Apps
  3. Select some of the ones that you use very often, open them and select Clear Cache (do not select Clear Data!)
  4. Consider clearing out apps that you do not need or use. Long press on them in the application drawer and drag them to uninstall at the top of the screen.

Now restart your device and try Firefox Preview again. You should find that it runs a little better (and your device may be a little faster for everything).
