All of my adblockers broke?

I was browsing the web when, all of a sudden, I got a notification that a bunch of legacy extensions had suddenly been disabled. Nothing had been wrong for hours and I hadn't restarted Firefox since I opened it first thing this morning. All of a sudden AdBlock, AdBlockPlus, and uOrigin just suddenly stopped working. I've tried reinstalling them, but it won't let me.

I don't think forum volunteers yet know the cause or remedy for this problem. However, know that dozens of people are reporting the same thing in recent hours, so it may be due to a rolling update gone wrong.
