Changed my debit card on National Lottery and now it won't let me add funds; is this a security issue?

Previous credit card out of date, updated details to new one and now National Lottery won't let me add funds online. Page just hangs. Same issue using Internet Explorer but that won't even let me log in!

That wouldn't be either probelm from IE or FF Browser issue but the site issue itself you need to contact them about it.
