I don't see Sign In to Sync button in Menu

Hello. Trying to Sync my Bookmarks from my previous laptop to my new laptop. Instructions say to click on "Sign In to Sync" from the Menu drop down window. But, I don't have that button. I have Synced Tabs and Customize, but not Sign in to Sync. So, I don't know how to proceed. I hope someone can help me. I will be very grateful :-) Debbie

Did you look in the Tools menu and in the "3-bar" Firefox menu button drop-down list? You can tap the Alt key or press F10 to show the Menu Bar

Did you try to go directly to "Options -> Sync" or tried the about:accounts page?
