There are no Pop-up Blocker settings in mobile Firefox for Android. However, if you wish to disable Pop-ups, you can follow these instructions:

Type about:config in the Location (address) bar Search for dom.disable_open_during_load and Modify it to false

To re-enable the Pop-up blocker, set dom.disable_open_during_load to true again.

Yes and? as it was a valid question.

I have yet to encounter a pop-up on Firefox for Android after using many different versions on many websites for years. if you think there is a website that will give me a pop-up on Firefox for Android, please link me to it as I would be very curious to see it.

my guess is that this question was posted in the wrong category.

There is only one Android Firefox section on https://support.mozilla.org/questions as the Firefox is for desktop.

Reading the question again it is a little uncertain if person was asking to turn off the popup blocker or for help on blocking popups being encountered on one or more sites. Usually these popup blocker threads has been about asking to turn off popoup blocker on Android Firefox.
