Cant receive email and when I tried to send out email, this message appears. "Sending of message failed. The message could not be sent because the connection to SMTP server mail.kk-suites.com timed out. Try again or contact your network administrator."

Both Thunderbird in my laptop and phone are not working. Please help.

Have you checked with your provider. Thunderbird does not run on your phone so that cannot be a Thunderbird problem
