firefox can't update

I have the latest version of Mozilla Firefox 155.0.Every time i update to latest version my Norton 360 for Gamers antivirus Safe Web application blocks the update process and i report it as False Positive and Mozilla Firefox updates ok. I have attached and image of Norton's Safe Web application analysis. Also,have submitted this issue to Norton using their Report False Positive form and have not had a reply yet. Thank you
Hi, after every update, Firefox disappears and uninstalls itself.

When I open Firefox, the profile I open with will open perfectly normally to version 153.0.4 and says it is up to date. However, if I open a different profile, that one will say it "Firefox is being updated by another instance". I can quit the app and change which profile I open first, and that profile will be 'up to date', and the other one will be 'being updated'.
I already went through quitting all pending tasks in task manager and restarting my device, as well as deleting and redownloading the app. This is really slowing down my processing speed while I work! Please help. I really don't want to lose my profiles.

I cannot access my email after a recent Firefox update. There is no icon in the task bar and I cannot recover it.

I do not believe in upgrading computers and have surgery schedule in a couple of weeks so buying a new computer isn't feasible right now. I've used firefox since I bought my first computer and I want it back.
