I need help loging in to my account

I'm unable to login as the page keeps refreshing and the filled up box gets empty again and again.

My account credentials are denied on mozila browser whereby camera option doesn't open

I go get the code on my email and when I come back it tells me start over to the beginning it leaves the page I was on to get the code in
