Opening 'Manage Bookmarks' to something other than the Other Bookmarks folder

Is there a way to make the popup that opens when you click on 'Manage Bookmarks' open up to a different folder than 'Other Bookmarks'? There is nothing in that folder. ev… (lexoni më tepër)

Is there a way to make the popup that opens when you click on 'Manage Bookmarks' open up to a different folder than 'Other Bookmarks'? There is nothing in that folder. ever. Why cannot we open it to 'Bookmarks Menu'? or whatever? thanks, terry

I am using the version 115.20.0esr (64-bit) and have noticed I have links in my bookmarks, that are either from other bookmark folders but I never copied them over, or I have new links that I never clicked to be saved? I have deleted those I found but some more keep popping up?
