Imported Folders do not show their Inboxes when View>Folders>Unified is selected

I am a new Thunderbird user. Because I save all prior year emails, I imported eml files into multiple Year subfolders under a single Archive folder in Local Folders. I also have multiple Imap and Pop accounts. I wanted to be able to see all current POP and Imap emails consolidated into one view so I selected View>Folders>Unified. However, when I select View>Folders>Unified, it hides my Inboxes in all the Archive>Year>Inbox files. So, the issue is that while I am viewing emails in Unified, I cannot go to and view emails from 2017 or 2008. FWIW, they do not show up in the Unified Inbox either.

I have searched for a solution on this forum but cannot find the exact same issue.
