When Opening Firefox 43 in Windows 10 it opens up very slow looks like it hangs

When opening Firefox 43.0.2 in windows 10 it is opening very slow. to fix the issue I have done following but still no fix. 1. Create New Profile for Firefox 2. No add-on installed besides one add-on 3. uncheck "Use Hardware Acceleration when available" 4.checked "No Proxy" setting 5. Scan pc with malwarebytes 6. Run Mozilla Firefox in safe mode 7. Blank Page for Home Page
