Stop firefox from holding mouse click when reentering a flash app area?

The problem is that when i hold the mouse button to draw a line and go above the flash area and then release the click outside of it when i reenter the drawing area the click is still held even though it's not. Is there any way to avoid this? It doesn't happen on Chrome.

PS: I don't want to use chrome, i uninstalled it.

I see the same thing. It looks like an issue with Adobe Flash. If you release the mouse button outside the drawing area, and then click outside the drawing area to take back "focus" from Flash, the cursor can be moved back into the drawing area without the "click" "sticking". I see similar with every Flash driven presentation - Flash "hogs" cursor focus, and you need to click outside of the Flash controlled area of the screen to allow Firefox to regain focus.

There is a real old Bug report on Firefox about Flash taking focus, but the true fault might be with Flash. A person can't compare Flash related "faults" with different browsers; Internet Explorer, Chrome, and Firefox all use separate versions of Flash. IE uses the ActiveX version, Chrome uses the Pepper version, where Firefox uses the Plugin version. And Flash is the only "plugin" that requires a totally separate program for each of the three major browsers.

Mozilla is working in a project that is code named "Shumway" that will one day eliminate the need for Flash altogether. http://mozilla.github.io/shumway/

Thanks i guess that's just how the flash plugin works. I tried the Shumway plugin, surprisingly it fixes the issue, but is very slow and laggy to draw. If the performance was good it could be solution.

Is there any other flash plugin for windows besides these two? all i found work only on linux.
