being sent message from a cell phone ........@vetext.com. I cannot receive the message on firefox but I am able to send a message back to that address. Is there a setting that I need to address on my computer?

Firefox doesn't do email, it's a web browser.

If you are using Firefox to access web mail, you need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.
