Over the next couple or more weeks I reconstructed many of the passwords and was heading back to normal. Today, for unknown reason my entire collection of saved passwords have again been erased and I do not know how and assume they are not recoverable so am back to square one. On my home computer I have it set to not allow auto updates and have a Firefox update waiting and hesitate to allow it, expecting the same result there to my saved passwords. Nothing significant has been done to or with my computer in this same time period so am at a loss as to why this happened not just once but now twice with cause unknown (I am unaware of any second Firefox update in the interim which could have caused this but cannot rule this out).

I can't access the keyboard hotkeys config page as instructed in https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/customize-keyboard-shortcuts-firefox. Typing about:keyboard into the address bar gives an Invalid URL error, as seen in the attached screenshot. I am able to access other about: pages.

I have spell check turned on in setting to check as I type. And yes I have two dictionaries downloaded and installed. But as I am working inside a program and I have to enter data into a text field, if I want it spell checked I have to right click and then click on Spell check for every field that I enter text into. For a while last week it was working without having to do that, and I had done nothing to make it happen. It was nice. Since then I realized I want spell check on. But I can't figure out how to set it so that it turns on for every field that I click into to enter text. Any ideas?

I am in China and do not seem to be able to connect to the Mozilla Firefox VPN, to access my gmail (and other features). When I try to turn it on, I get a message: "Could not connect to VPN: Try again in a few minutes" I did this many times. Should I continue trying or is it hopeless?

How do I keep my online banking private when using Firefox as my browser? When using Google Chrome as my browser, I use incognito, but I'm changing to Firefox and need to know that my online banking is safe.

Since a few days the free VPN in Firefox doesn't work anymore. When I activate it and try to load a website, i get the message: Connection with VPN failed. Try again in a few minutes. It also says, that my connection is possibly not private and that an app can possibly see my data traffic. The VPN always used to work fine, and I didn't change anything.

The autocomplete dropdowns for form fields have recently changed appearance, and I strongly prefer the previous, simple design.

The new version has:

• Clock icons next to autocomplete/history entries
• Much more vertical padding, making the list unnecessarily large
• Rounded "pill-shaped" highlighting when hovering over an entry

The previous autocomplete list was much more compact and clean, without the clock icons, excessive padding or rounded hover backgrounds.

Is there currently a setting, `about:config` preference or other supported way to restore the old autocomplete list appearance?

• No rounded/pill-shaped hover effect
