Hi, I love Firefox, always did but it has been giving me a hard time in the last year or so. It ain't working properly. I am using Window 7. Each time I close my computer, restart, then open the Firefox browser... it always freezes on me. NO RESPONSE. I can restart up to 4-5 times, and it will not respond. I select " close and let window find an answer: or Start in Safe Mode: I did all the troubleshooting you have on your site along with other trusted sites. Nothing works. I have no add-on, even starting in safe mode is giving me a "no responsive" error message or just hangs for a few mins. I would love receiving some feedback and hopefully a solution to this problem. Hello,

If you have already done quite a bit of troubleshooting then I suspect you will have already seen and tried the tips here:

Firefox hangs or is not responding - How to fix

However I've posted it anyway for future people reading this thread.

Have you tried doing a Firefox Reset? This will return Firefox to its default state (bookmarks etc will be saved). It fixes many problems like this.

Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings
