How do I change the cache location

Note there is no current documentation on changing the cache folder to another drive or location with the most up to date Firefox (ie 19).

What settings in about:config need to be changed to move the cache or temp folder to a specific location? I upgraded to Firefox 19 and it erased my previous settings and can not change the location.
