Have tried to download Firefox 4 times and had to remove the program as it would not work properly.; So if I cannot get any help I guess your program is not worth the effort..

Firefox support is mainly handled by volunteers. Very few free and open source software programs have telephone support. You normally only get that service for software that you pay for.

However, this forum can provide you assistance.
