my internet was recintly shut off and now i cant get back on mozilla it keeps telling me unable to connect.

Can you uninstall firefox completely and install it back?
i have tried everything i can think of and nothing has worked . i called a number for mozilla and some guy said that they could fix it for 89.99 which i dont have.
