tried to add 4.0 during update,failed. signed on to live chat,asked q's failed. asked for help on site failed. checked profile ,ok, now this q'? nice program we have here. can anything be fixed??please respond.

this is 2nd never before q' on your site. Again, have 3.6 ,qued to update to 4.0 beta trial,,& did. Thought so anyway, then signed on to chat to fix failed message but could not be answered? Tried to send message to help site ,denied. What kind of site is this. Please help

Please state what problem you are having. You do have the latest release version, 3.6.14 and it seems to be working.

yes, current version working, albeit slowly.
