This started happening several weeks ago after allowing an Adobe Flash update to download.

I use Hotspot Shield with my wi-fi connection. Other than having to periodically reestablish my connection with this VPN, it has been completely compatible with all website activity--up until the Adobe Flash update.

Now, when I try to load certain My eBay pages-- Watch and Won--they hang up, and won't load, other than the headings. If the VPN is disconnected, it is then possible to load these pages, until they crash without warning.

If I click on eBay links from my email, these will also cause Firefox to crash. Each time this happens, the Firefox crash message is displayed. I have included my email address every time the dialog box appears, but no status or resolution has been reported back to me.

The eBay page hangups are also occurring with IE and Chrome, but not the crashes

I have tried removing Firefox and Flash and then reloading them, but there's no change in the problem.
