I have the same problem. I have diabled all my add-on's with no effect. I have found that it has nothing to do with mulitple tabs. But have found that it mostly (maybe only) happens with pages that containes lots of links, banners and adverts. Typhically news and other "free" pages which relies heavily on sponsorship and such. Why, because the pages work fine for a few seconds while it still load all the crap.

Have tried the same pages with IE and they work fine. Obviously IE has gained an advantage on Mozilla this time.

Hope Mozilla will come with a fix since I have enjoyed them for some years no.
