Firefox Suddenly goes full screen with out prompting

When browsing some page I have noticed that Firefox would flicker between normal view and full screen for a few seconds and then settle on full screen. And some times this would happen when typing any messages and hitting either the enter or backspace key

This happened

A few times a week
