I can't implement the suggested solution

• Open your profile folder: Windows: C:\Users\<YourUser>\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\<profile folder>\

because no Mozilla folder is being found

No Firefox folder is being found either.

My laptop did something funky upon booting up. It showed a "Desktop" and then a "Desktop 2", for what that's worth.
