Is there a way to open a sub-path in a container instead of a website?

More and more websites are moving to a subpath (doing `example.com/en/webpage-here` instead of `en.example.com/webpage-here`).

If the open site in container can be modded (manually, not via UI) to open a subpath (say `example.com/en/`) in a container, that would be very helpful.

I don't know if this is possible or how to do this (given it is possible).
