Missing 'Get Mail' Toolr Bar Option with iMac 10.13.6 and Thunderbird 115

Yesterday my menu bar glitched out and my "Get Mail" button disappeared completely. I've gone through ALL the different guideline options of tool bars and none allowed it's re-installment. Now I can't even remember which tool bar I had used.

ALSO, on my last attempt to install "Get Messages" I was able to move it to the bar but again nothing appeared. And now it has even disappeared from the options list.. Help?

I have the 115 Mac version which shows as up to date. I still use the 10.13.6 High Sierra OS
